On going online war type game?

Is there anything for PC like this. That has an ongoing online war the doesnt end. Where you pick the side you want to rep.
There isnt anything for PS3 yet but ive got the urge to play a game like this now. My new computer should be able to handle any recent games so I might start playing some PC games.

are they huge on going wars though that can last a few days with a tonne of people? The last battlefield i plaid was Modern Combat i know it didnt have that.
