Before it was annoying that once a member applied to be in a private forum, the leader of that private forum would have no idea someone applied. The only thing a leader could do is to keep checking to see if anyone applied or not. Now admins will get pm's when someone applies for there private forum. Once the leader has decided if that member can view the private forum or not, a pm will go back to the member to tell him if he has been approved or denied.
