When the 360 originally launched, a Consumerist reader named Jon spent weeks dealing with Microsoft customer service before finally being handed to the escalation department which finally fixed his problem. Two years later (i.e now) Jon is experiencing 360 problems again. However, instead of calling customer service, Jon dug up Bill Gates' email address and wrote him an email. Within a day he was called by the escalation department and informed that his new console had been shipped.

fuck xbox i dont know why you even bother to waste your money on some bullshit machine that is gonna break down on you eventually. i also read that in australia some big gaming store in australia is refusing to stop selling xbox's there b/c they have so many b/c nobody will buy them b/c they break down. get a ps3 where the failure rate is a really low like 2 percent.

It works they only check the serial number on the back of the console never the front...:joystick::phones::joystick: And the sticker on the front in the Usb port is removable so u can peel the sticker on the front off and put it on the old console if Ur worried..I did it in case they checked..But it works they will not do what is in the video and check the inside of the system...
