Cheaters have ruined gaming as we know it.

I'm so sick of it, everywhere you go some pathetic loser feels the need to cheat at video games. Why, what's the point? So they can prove to people on the internet they don't even know that they have "skill"? It's just sad.

I'm not trying to say I'm the best gamer, or that anyone here is the best gamer, but we're all pretty good in our own way. If there were no cheaters, hackers, dotters, modders, etc, I don't think very many other gamers could stand up to most of us. It pisses me off to no end that people who are quite clearly inferior to the lot of us can only win by using exploits.

It seems like with all the cheating nowadays, the only way to get an honest match is to get into REAL firefights with REAL guns.

He's talking about our GGL Tourney match we had tonight. We got knocked off tonight by a team that didn't even play one match in the ladder portion of the competition. Clan called Pro Skills. Or should I call them Invidious Tactics. Not sure really, they have so many different names. Actually they have about 5 teams in the tourney, not including INv. Sound like some ringers?

It dont matter about the ringer thing, cuz these dudes got a version of code9 or other Mod. We played three maps and though out the entire three maps not one of us turned red for low health regeneration. ALL ONE SHOT KILLS with P90's/M4's. Even Boone was upset, it takes alot to get that guy upset. That wasnt the only thing we noticed, we also noticed they had some version of etags. They knew exactly where we were using UAV or not. It became hilarious, you enter a room from any side and all of thier team was looking at you, and then boom dead by one bullet. Or you spawn totally away from the new HQ and they are looking in your direction before you even fire. It took us two maps to figure it out.

So if you think the PS3 is cheat proof, your wrong. Its only a matter of time until this new version of code9 is leaked across the web. We have all played against codes and know what it feels like, trust us, the codes are here.

And Cheeze your comments are right on. Online gaming will never be ahead of the cheaters. Its like the steroid problem in sports, the tests will always be behind the drug. Just look at Socom2/3/CA. Whats funny is half, if not more than half of people from this site used code9. So, theres to show you. I'm out!

I didnt used code9. Everyone thought I did, and tried to tell me I was cheating everytime I played but..I brought that skill over to CoD and will continue on other shooter
