Console preference

Based on a study held at the University of Fakenit, more males ages 18-29 prefer the playstation 3 over the xbox360. I was just wonder which system you prefer and why?

Personally, I like the Sony systems the best. I grew up playing playstation and am loyal to its franchise specific titles.

I have both the PS3 and the 360 but i am usually playing the PS3. i like the PS3 more just for the online play and i am so used to the controller.

I agree with krakhead. I'm used to the controller and I just like the system and brand more. The xbox just seems cheap and cheezy and their controller just feels weird in my hands. Also the fact that xbox wants you to have to pay for features that should come with the system.

ps3 comes with hdd not every xbox has hdd



list can go on and on tho. just seems like everything is an add on that you have to go buy. but overall im just sony i guess but i do have all 3 systems

tyson dont forget my ps3 cost $600 when i bought it and the xbox with the accessories cost about 600 so its not like microsoft was ripping you off and the xbox live is worth the money. both systems have shitty controllers. right now i have 3 ps3 controllers and 2 360 controllers and only 1 works.

yea krakhead i paid 600 for mine too i had the 60gb. And it came with everything already. like i said you have to spend more money to get what already comes in the ps3 out the box. my ps3 controllers are fine. the dumb thing with the xbox controller is the sticks. i dont like them offset like that. And xbox live is nothing special bunch of hacking little kids on there thats all. its just cheezy. even at 299 the ps3 is a waaay better deal with all the shit it comes with. not to mention the junk box doesnt even have a built in web browser.

Both systems obviously have their advantages, but damn I like the ps3 a lot. I can't stand the XBoX. For some reason I always think xbox=halo=heelll nooo

I like the PS3, same reason as everyone else, just grew up playing it. The xbox controller feels retarded.

I like the Wii ok, but it's not a real system.

This is a Ps3 site,so to look for a non-bias opinion ur not going to get it.
I think Ps3 online is horrible.
The controllers I like on 36o-I like that u can option to put AA's in them in case there charge'n and u still have an option.When the Ps3 dies after x amount of uses,there just no good so if they
''die'' and it's 2 am good luck with that.
Netflix is awsome.
Booted from room or host issues game not re-set,New host is found u keep same score and game continues.
Hardly no cheating at all on games,unlike unmonitored Ps3 Glitch fests.
I grew up with PS but they lost me on the Ps3 screw up and the games that were offered at the time post Socom 3,Was not impressed at all with the system,and they actually made it cheaper and cheaper as they went along,The 6ogig OG if u were able to get is why Ps3 lost money-but was the best one they offered-And not best business move in making the system cheaper but trying to pump it up and make it seem like ur getting something bettter.WERMP////
For as little as i play any system nowadays,i'll stick with 36o never can i see myself playing any Ps3 titles unless they drop something really hot...Socom LoL that was a nice attempt,but no controller...And there are no hot titles still post Socom 3 that have done anything for the system that has not done with 36o also...Oh wait God of war 9...i'll tell u what keep prayin to internet god that he fixes ur System.I done bashing and really have done no research on most of my comments,more personal ExP.And there are no more Ring of deaths....So where they break i have no idea....Stop being cheap and get the real deal systems 25o GiG and better...The elites are the best 36o's ever!!! tons of memory can listen to ur own music while u play games and Netflix...Nuff said.

ive had controllers for ever and they havent died. where u get that from i dont know. ps3 has netflix also so thats even. all they added to the elite is hdmi and some memory big deal. still no built in wireless or internet browser. even the wii has an internet browser cmon. 360 has 2 games thats is gaylo and gears. so when u 360 fans say u have soo many games i think youre lying to yourself. no cheating on 360 are u serious? look at the leaderboards on cod4 on 360 its soo fuckin hacked and glitched its not funny. There are soo many modded 360's on craigslist burned discs and systems that are banned from xbox live from cheating. never seen a ps3 on craigslist thats banned. lol ur shit makes no sense.. a cheaper ps3 is still more reliable than any 360. hey do me a favor put a game in and move your xbox so it can chew your disc up lol

lol.. ive never had a controller problem with any system except ps2 when i played socom 2 all day everyday and just straight burn that bitch out and the joysticks would jus fall off lol
