Damn... none of you work out at all? Average life expectancy on this site has to be around age 43.

cool cool.. when i was trying to be an mma fighter i was doing the whole Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai thing... was fun as hell too.. but the gyms around here cost me same as a car payment on a lambo... so i had to stop that for now... i been working on gettin just as strong as possible... and i run a lot too so my stamina is way above average... plus i play flag football on the weekends for fun and extra exercise
I currently take NO Shotgun, and Creatine. I would take protein but it's dairy and im lactose intollerant.

What kinda workout do you do for chest.... Ive basically upped my max by 25-30 pounds in the last month and a half by doing chest 2 times a week...
Chest workout:
Flat Bench Barbell Press:
6 sets: 1 warmup... 5 Lift to Failure sets....
Decline Barbell Press:
6 sets: same as above
Incline Barbell Press:
3 sets: 1 warm up 2 Lift to Failure sets...
after that i jus do 3 sets of incline and flat dumbell flys for an extra burn...
Im always open for new techniques and shit to increase my strength so holla at me

Well if u want to get stronger i usally do 4 sets of 6
1st being a warm up then like work ur way to max bench.
Flys don't do heavy weight there more for ''Cuttin'' middle of chest
3(Sets) 15 Reps.
Incline is a must same as flat. And decline i do with free weights cause decline is more of a tricep exercise.Same idea though 4sets 1 being a warm up then 3(6).
and only do ur max bench 1nce a month on flat bench u should not Max every week..give ur muscles time to heal, trust me u will get stronger lettin them heal.
i go for more of the cut look so i rep out hard, but u should at least try my way on crushing ur chest 1nce a month. It is always a good thing to mix up ur workouts and doing 1 power or 2 power days a month will give ur chest a chance to heal up and a chance to switch ur program up,there is nothing wrong with the failure sets u do but give one day of chest to power, you will see great results.I usally hit 5-6 different chest routenes...2 flat target exercises,2 upper chest,1-2 declines weither any of these incorp free weights or not.Same rules apply for other body parts.1nce a week if done prop is ideal for ur chest, don't forget to hit other parts hard otherwise u'll look funny...lol hit me up if u want some of my training regimines just to incorp different exercise in ur life to switch up the norm.Always remember it's not how much u lift it's how u lift to get over plateau's,switching it up will def help u both mentally and physical.

I lift too!!!! I workout at home tho, haven't had the time and chance to join a gym. Been at for about 2 years and change, already dislocated my right shoulder for being stupid lol. Y'all can add me on MySpace I got some pics there where ya'll can see my progress (no homo). Also I think Hermie works out too. And yeah I take Creatine, Multi-Vitamins, and Muscle Milk as my portein shake. I currently do an every-other day split. Usually 3-4 sets at around 8-12 reps.

opening this discussion back up..
any thing new for those of you who workout?
ive completely changed how i work out now...
instead of getting bigger and bulkier and worrying about being the strongest... now im doing a lot of cardio in order to reach my goal of running a 3mile course in 18 mins... ive also stopped taking creatine for now and am starting on Lipo 6 Black for a fat burner... i only have the time to run on my days off so thursday, friday, saturday, sunday i run twice a day... 3 miles both times... and still lift just not as many sets... got my flat bench max up to 310 before i changed my workout... now its prolly at 295-300

i used to work out like a beast after high school, then i ended up slacking off and stopping
im currently getting into beast mode again tho, getting ready for basic....hopefully sniper school after, i used the blow flex tho low weight high reps, although near the end when i was starting to look good i was increasing weight to get bigger
sucks i quit man i dont even know what i was thinking....it was addicting, once you get going on it for a while u fall in love with it and want to do it

icepick- no matter how good of shape you are in... Parris Island bootcamp will not be a cake walk... It will be the toughest thing you do in your life. But, a positive, we may be there together. edit: nevermind... just found out i cant get a waiver for my neck tattoo... they wont let me join
tyson- only take a fat burner if you can get a lot of cardio in durin the week.. otherwise it wont help... but here are some good ones:
Meltdown
Hydroxycut Hardcore
Lipo 6x
Lipo 6 Black
Redline
Xenadrine

No scholarships because I'm white. (all scholarships that went to my school were recieved by minorities.)
No school because I was forced to start working right out of highschool.
No Marines because I have a tattoo on my neck.

scream, that really sucks man sorry to hear. but tyson is right, don't stop brah. when times get rough, i just think of how much worse others have it and how much worse it could be. that always makes me stop feeling sorry for myself.
if i were you i would detail on the side, like on your days off, just start telling people you'll detail there rides and the word will get out and you'll make some extra scratch.
shit if you were here i'd let you detail mine. even though i love detailing my ride.
but yeah, 2010 i'mma be a changed man!! i put on 15-20 pounds this year.. time to lose that shit

yea i train alot different now also-Lots of Abs stomach is sick...and i pyrimid train now...Light weight sets of 1o. 5 up to a peak weight depending on exercise, then 5 down to where i started it's an incredible burn u'd be really suprised...It's more of endurance training, less chance of getting hurt and the results are sick...i am @185 5'7.... And who's posting stuff sayin they did this and that but have not seen a gym in 1o years...LoL my man there is a thing as muscle memory but ur shit has altzimers,i don't know if that's spelled right but really 1o years no gym those stats u post mean nothing now a days,u would go in and prob not get 205 1o times on bench and screw comparing that i would say everything u got up to would be cut in half, weight and reps included...1o years long time not to train.

i've always wanted to open a shop, but that shit is hard work. especially when you're just starting out, you have to do most of the work yourself.
mmmm beer :)
ps, down 4 pounds this week!
