Recently an African American man went into surgery to have his whole head replaced with one that was more appealing to the eye. He was quoted before the transplant saying, " I've struggled talking to women my whole life. I feel this will help me be more confident with the ladies." Unfortunately, this procedure was not routine and several mistakes were made. In the end he came out looking kind of sweet. On top of his neck once stood an ugly mug. Now, there is a milk dud. Congratulations Crunk on the first successful Milk Dud Head transplant in history.
