Can 360 read usb sticks?

I know how to do this with my PS3 but im trying to see if it works with 360 too. I put a few episodes of entourage on a usb stick and plugged it in but I can find anywhere in the dashboard that opens it up. Am i missing something or does it not work?

too much work, so yeah we figured it out we just needed to update the 360.

You updated ur xbox and then a usb port magically appeared?

yup before the update they couldn't read them I guess, this xbox hasn't been updates for years and that was apart of a newer update.
