Need Help

i have a plextor model px-tv100u and i was trying to use movie maker to capture the video usin capture device and an error pop up came up saying the device is being used by other programs... Does anybody know how to fix this???

its got to be a prefference used in your plextor driver program or try googling it at the bottom of this page. Or maybe just as simple as reading the manual

i have everything set up right i have all the wires correct its the programs and the other program says error too.
