anyone know what they plan on doing for these movies.. are they continuing on with yet another sequel or is it done....
X-Men The Last Stand potentially ended the series with the deaths of Professor Xavier, Cyclops, and Jean Grey. However, there is always a chance for a follow up since after the credits it showed Prof. X had transferred himself into the body of an unconcious perosn. It is a comic based movie and in comics if you dont see the person die it usually means they are not dead. Cyclops was believed to be dead but his body was never found and it never showed him dying. And Jean Grey being the dark phoenix at her time of death could easily be brought back by implying that wolverince only killed the dark phoneix and jean still lived.
Spiderman 3 ended kinda gay... he didnt get to fuck mary jane in her butt.. so i mean.. theres gotta be a 4th... even tho his best friend.. (the better actor in the movies) died..
Yes and Yes to both. Xmen not all the cast is gonna resignup. Im not sure who all they are but the only one i do know for sure is rebecca romijn who plays mystique. And a rumor i have heard is Halle Berry might not come back. They are also making a new series of movies of a spin off of wolverine and wolverine in those movies will be also played by hugh jackman. And I think there is gonna have to be a new director. Not sure tho. And all i can tell you is that they have definitely confirmed a spiderman 4. I mean spiderman 3 was what the largest grossing box office movie ever until the dark knight. So yeah i would keep milking that cash cow. But thats all i know about spidey 4

Cinematical just received a tasty little scoop from one of our trusty top secret super delegate Hollywood insiders, and it's purty interesting (all you Spidey fans might want to listen up): Apparently, in the last few weeks, James Vanderbilt (Zodiac) has turned in a working draft of Spider-Man 4 to the studio. However, according to our source, "his story arc has encompassed two films, making Spider-Man 5 shootable at the same time. The studio saw dollar signs and is in the process of reworking his deal to snatch up the story arc." Don't expect anything immediately, though, since we've been told both sides are still trying to negotiate the deal.
Right now we have no word on what that arc is or where Vanderbilt is taking his script, but it's interesting to know that they're looking to spread the next Spidey storyline across two films, instead of shooting one more and taking it from there. Obviously Sony has wiped away the bad buzz from Spidey 3 and is interested in stretching this franchise as far as they can. After three flicks, I can't see Sam Raimi, Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst returning to shoot two Spider-Man films together (would be a lot to take on), but you never know. In the meantime, here's what we know: Looks like Vanderbilt is writing Spider-Man 4 and Spider-Man 5, and the studio might look to shoot both flicks at the same time. As of right now, the studio has no comment. We'll update this post should we hear more ...
Whaddya think?
X-MeN-4
LA Daily News reports that X-Men executive producer Lauren Shuler Donner is currently working on the cast for a 4th installment in the movie franchise. Renegotiations would be needed to secure the main stars of the previous three films.
Donner says "The newer cast members are signed, and the older cast members are not." Considering the older names involved -- Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Rebecca Romijn, Famke Janssen and Anna Paquin -- that could run into a huge chunk of money.
All that's putting the cart before the wolverine, of course, since Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his role as the manicure-challenged mutant superhero in his own film. "Next, we're going to do 'Wolverine,' but not before the end of the year because he's in the Baz Luhrmann film," she says of the filmmaker's untitled Australian epic with Nicole Kidman. However, "We have the script and are working on it."

how old is this news realest?
basically, realest, you just said what i jsut said. Rebecca Romijn is not gonna be in any more xmen movies i know that for a fact she said it in an interview. But celebs and sports stars have been known to change their minds. I guess if the money is right. But as of right now she doesnt want to make any more xmen movies. And Tobey and Kirsten not in anymore spiderman movies? I mean one the money they have made off those movies is insane so they would have to be stupid not to do anymore and then a spiderman movie without one or both of them is jsut not gonna be the same. But yeah realest just confirmed that i was right about both being made. Just like always im a very reliable source on entertainment. Im the man. Born should just give this site to me.
