im tellin u man this game is gonna be better than the first... especialy the 8 player co-op. thats gonna be cool as hell. they are claiming to have some really good community and online features, definitely not a game to overlook

Even though I still might buy, I am just not a fan of future shooter games. I dont want to shoot lasers, I want to shoot bullets. If I was into that I would by the xbox360 and play Halo. Resistance was the first game I bought for the system when it first released and once I played COD3 I knew I would never pick up Resistance again so I sold it. Even with no mics in Cod3 I would rather play it than Resistance. I sure hope this game changes my mind on these type of shooter games.

I'm buying it. And just for the 8 player co-op. Imaging if Socom2 had 8 player co-op. Your whole clan could play the story in competition of other clans. It would have been sick. Trust me Im not into the laser thing either. But I definately want to see what 8 player co-op is like. Not to mention all the in depth communtity features.

yea.. tyson said halo is gay...

but resistance and halo are gay for the same reason... laser pointers and bubble guns.. wtf.. get outta here with all these weapons... wheres ur armory from.. Tattooine? The Deguba System? lol.

resistance is a decent single player game.. but online is so damn dumb.. like born said.. those futuristic shooters are gay as elton john in san francisco dancing the macarena

basically halo and resistance are based on the same idea which is futuristic warfare so i dont see how you can call halo gay if you like resistance. in my mind resistance right now is ps3's equivalent to halo but just not as popular. But ppl been saying killzone 2 is gonna be what tops halo but we'll see. i liked resistance offline story game. thought it was fantastic but im kind of like born i cant really do that laser shooting online stuff. plus i didnt think resistance online was all that great b/c its just like cod4. its respawn. there's no point you die and come back to life which really takes the fun of strategy and one man clutchness out of the game. ppl just run around stupid and dont give a fuck

nah gameplay in resistance and gaylo are really different.. and in resistance there are normal weapons likke the carbine, shotgun and sniper rifles. I'ma get it regardless, the 8 player co-op sounds sick. And this is one of the only games my wife got into and would play more than me..lol
